Todd Ruopp
Todd Ruopp is a partner in Pentagon Consulting Associates. He is also an educator,
facilitator, and consultant who promote consensus, understanding, and integrated
teamwork. He challenges assumptions, ask tough questions, and stimulate
visionary thinking. With a clear focus on positive outcomes, and an ability
to see the big picture without losing sight of the details, Todd excels
at helping organizations manage their day-to-day operations while building
a solid foundation for growth, success, and long-term sustainability.
Todd has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience.
Before co-founding Unleashing Performance, Todd built successful client
relationships with Fortune 500 corporations for the nation’s largest legal
expense insurance company.
He serves on the board of directors for the League of Women Voters of Orange
County, the Association for Fundraising Professionals, Central Florida
chapter, The Albin Polasek Museum a Sculpture Garden, and the Rotary Club
of Winter Park. In addition, Todd is a member of the Winter Park Chamber
of Commerce’s governmental affairs committee and was elected class representative
for Leadership Winter Park, Class 19.
